1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Condition of the Item: The item should be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. It must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

2. Refund Process

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized products that were made to your specifications.
- Opened or used vacuum parts or accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Gift cards and other non-returnable services.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Exchanges

For customers outside the United States, returns are accepted under the same conditions as domestic returns. However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes that may apply to the returned items. We recommend that international customers choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
